With a magnificent exhibition of Ghanaian Culture in its 43 commercial outlets around the country, Zenith Bank Ghana marks Ghana’s 68th Independence Day celebration.While its “Tastes of Ghana” customer initiative treated the Bank’s clients to local bar set-ups of some of Ghana’s beloved local drinks and traditional snacks such Asana, Sobolo, Lamugin, Adunlei, Atsomo, Nkatsi cake and Agbele Kaklo, staff members proudly adorned in local Ghanaian prints celebrated Ghanaian fashion, promoted national identity and encouraged the patronage of locally manufactured fabrics.
Chatting in a warm and celebratory atmosphere on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, Mr. Henry Onwuzurigbo, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Bank (Ghana) Ltd, described the initiative as a heartfelt tribute to Ghana’s independence, providing both staff and customers with an opportunity to meaningfully celebrate the country’s rich history and traditions.
“As a Bank, we believe in the importance of honouring national identity and ensuring that our customers feel connected not only to us but also to the rich heritage that defines Ghana,” commented Mr. Onwuzurigbo.
A client who requested anonymity stated that the campaign demonstrates Zenith Bank’s understanding of the value of national pride and its commitment to enhancing it through its customer relationships.
